Head of Human Capital - Private Equity

Location: San Francisco Bay Area

Newly created role in the SF Bay Area well suited for a Human Capital leader who can bring strong business acumen, and ideally experience having worked in Private Equity.   Entrepreneurial environment and strong emphasis on keeping culture as fund continues to grow. The successful candidate will be a direct report to the Managing Partner.

Head of Human Capital - Alternative Asset

Location: New York

Alternative Asset firm in NYC is hiring a US Head of Human Capital.

A thought partner and advisor, this individual will drive all aspects of talent as well as DE&I. Ideal profile is an individual comfortable straddling the strategic, to the tactical.  

Strong experience with performance management, talent development and acquisition, ideally in financial services, strongly preferred. 

The base salary for this position will be $225,000 to $275,000. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.

Senior Human Resources Business Partner - Private Equity

Location: New York 

NYC based Private Equity client is looking for a strong Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with the front office population. The role is a true HRBP who has 7-10 years of relevant experience - front office financial services experience is required. 

The base salary range for this position will be $165,000 to $200,000. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.

Human Resources Business Partner - Alternative Asset

Location:  New York 

Asset management client is looking for a strong Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with the Head of HR. The role is a true HRBP who has 8-12 years of relevant experience - buy side experience strongly preferred.  This role has a heavier focus on advisory work, Employee Relations,  Performance Management, and special projects. 

Base salary range for this position will be $150,000 to $200,000. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.

VP of Talent - Private Equity

Location: San Francisco or New York

Growth equity fund looking to hire VP of Talent for either their SF or NYC  office.  A direct report to the Partner, Talent the successful candidate will play a key role in strategy and execution of all aspects of the Human Capital function.  A talent generalist with a flex in Recruiting, especially Associate recruiting, will be strongly considered.

The base salary will be in the $125,000 to $200,000 range. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
