Ricki is a Director in Aster Talent’s Admin/Support practice.  She brings to Aster several years of agency recruiting experience during which she has partnered with numerous growing and well regarded Private Equity and Venture Capital funds in the SF Bay Area, New York and Los Angeles.

Prior to her career in search, Ricki gained experience as a Chef and Operations Manager in fine dining where she excelled in leading and managing teams in both the back and front of house. Transitioning to recruiting at a national firm, Ricki quickly achieved success by filling key roles and implementing efficient systems across various platforms.  In addition, she partnered with clients to develop effective performance and retention strategies.

 When Ricki is not matchmaking candidates and clients, she spends her time with her husband and their two cat overlords. She enjoys gardening and cooking what she grows. When she isn’t hypnotized by plants, you can find her at the barn. Riding horses and hoping not to break anything, while also coaching a group of hilarious kids to do the same.
