Uli brings over 20 years of experience in business management and development across diverse industries. As Executive Assistant to the Head of Professional Development at Aster Talent, she provides seamless operational support, manages communications, and serves as a trusted point of contact for clients and team members alike.

With a degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, and Event Management, and fluency in English, French, and German, Uli connects easily across cultures and builds strong professional relationships. Known for her calm, steady presence, she fosters an environment where others feel supported and valued.

Outside of work, Uli enjoys hosting friends for home-cooked meals and spending time with her daughter and dog, Buddy. Born and raised in Germany, she now lives in San Luis Obispo.
